After the May 19th EU-UK summit, the Prime Minister has faced criticism, inevitably, from eurosceptic media commentators and politicians for supposedly 'betraying Brexit' by taking the UK closer to the EU. But might a more justifiable criticism be that the agreements reached on May 19th are too modest to give a major boost to UK growth or to reflect the gravity of current security threats to Europe?
